No. There's one bill for your whole account, based on aggregate devices. For your own markup, the portal shows each client's share = its device count × your current blended rate, and those allocations sum back exactly to your total.
Yes. EU customers are billed in EUR with VAT handled automatically (including 21% Dutch VAT). VAT-registered businesses can enter a valid VAT ID at checkout for reverse-charge. Everyone else is billed in USD.
